Babar Awan defended Imran Khan’s right to protest and said that according to Article 10 the court cannot pass a judgment without hearing from the other party involved.
He said than how the court banned the protest without asking PTI to define its case. He said such petition was filed in Supreme Court which was rejected by the Chief Justice who gave remarks that it’s not Supreme Court task to solve political issues.
He said we are filing a petition that when Supreme Court rejected this petition and gave remarks than how can anyone else pass a judgment on it? He further added that it is against Article 189.
