He said that our body reacts to the bright lights, including the smart phone screen or the TV. These things makes our body think it’s day time which makes it harder for us to sleep.
So if you want to have a better sleep then say good bye to your Smartphone, TV or lamp. Bed time should be your sleeping time, so avoid reading books or using smart phones on bed.
