How Can We Avoid Miscarriage?

Each year 20 million mothers lose their children because of miscarriage, in some cases it is because of weak health of mother, insufficient food, physical pressure and in some cases it was because of physical abuse.

There are many foods which should be avoided by women during pregnancy such as Pineapple. Pineapple is recommended especially in the last month of pregnancy but consumption in early months causes miscarriage.

Green Papaya should also be avoided because it contains enzymes which causes uterine contraction and may result in miscarriage.

While fruits rich in vitamin E and nutrients should be consumed to make the mother and the baby healthy.
