Syrian and Russian forces are mercilessly massacring civilians in the city of Aleppo after it took key districts from the rebels. It is reported that fleeing civilians were also shelled by Syrian and Russian army which killed 45 women and children.
The Eastern part of Aleppo was under siege from government forces and was heavily bombed and shelled in the past months but there have been an increase in recent time.
It is reported that civilians are bleeding to death because Russian forces have destroyed all hospitals and there is a shortage of medical staff and medicines.
The humanitarian situation in the city was not good even before the siege but after the complete blockage of food and medicines the situation became unbearable.
