This is not any lake, but this is the district hospital of Taunsa Sharif which has been turned into Tunsa Lake.
This is not cleared yet, that the scene created is because of rain storm or by the leakage of any pipeline. Rather than that the good governance of the government can clearly be seen in the pictures, as the patienst who wanted to get treated here needs to come via boat or he can also swim to here.
