Facebook is thinking about to add a new feature which points out the fake and false news on news-feed. This feature is already available but only for specific users because of being a test case feature. And this will be available for its all users as early as possible.
This feature will notify and warn the user when he or she posts fake and false news.
This new feature will remove the News from the news-feed and alert a message that the news has been expired.
Facebook does not announce any officially statement in this regarding, but, the Mark Zuckerberg has already discussed on the procedures of this feature and their intention of developing this feature.
Mark Zuckerberg said prior to USA Presidential Election “we are considering seriously the problem of publishing fake and false news”
