Follow These Steps & Start Losing Weight Within A Week

healthy foodIf you want to lose weight in the shortest period of time then it is possible through following these simple steps:

1) Before breakfast drink lemon juice with empty stomach and do not eat anything for 30 minutes.

2) Breakfast should only be fruits and some almonds and walnuts. Fruits are low in fat and calorie, while almonds and walnuts are rich in good fats.

3) Your lunch should be salad and small portion of chicken or mutton, say good bye to beef. The chicken/mutton should not be fried rather it should be boiled with black pepper, ginger, garlic and tomatoes.

4) Dinner should be completed before 7 pm, and should be green vegetables and beans.

5) At least two cups of green tea should be in your daily list, one during breakfast and the other after dinner.
