Gwadar will become the next Dubai which will not only be major hub for Pakistan but will be for the whole region, this was claimed by a Chinese newspaper which covered inauguration of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Gwadar will also see the construction of a new school, a hospital, a new airport and free Trade Zones. The Port will be managed by a Chinese company COPHC.
There are hopes that by this project the sufferings of the people of Balochistan will be minimized but there is fear that the mega city will become an opportunity hub for those coming from other regions and countries.
