Ex- Chief of Army Staff Mirza Aslam Baig said that Pakistan has no threat from India, if India escalates tensions it will be their mistake.
He said that the real threat for Pakistan are the Islamic fighters who are in Afghanistan, he emphasized on the need for fighting those fighters and Afghans who are joining different groups in Afghanistan. He also talked about Daish and said it will be threat for Pakistan.
It has been an US Policy to divert Pakistan’s attention from eastern border to western border so that the insurgency in Afghanistan can be controlled and weakened.
