Najam Sethi revealed that the decision of Scotland Yard on Altaf Hussain’s case was under pressure from India. He said that India did not want any judgment against Altaf Hussain as the money recovered from Altaf Hussain’s residence included amount from India.
He said that it India thought if the money laundering was investigated then that would make Pakistan claim strong that India is funding agents in Pakistan. This is the reason why India pressurized UK.
Najam Sethi said questions are being raised on British Government and its Judicial System and to counter this Britain government will investigate another case against Altaf Hussain, incitement of hatred.
