Kashif Abbasi during his talk show highlighted an important problem of the people of Lahore. Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore is the largest cardiac centre of Pakistan where annually two lakh people are treated.
But because there are only few such institutes people from all around Pakistan had to come there. And even in these institutes patients have to wait for four to six months for normal tests while patients have to wait for more than one year for angioplasties and echocardiographs.
Heart Patients asked that why we have to wait for our health care while Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif got the best care in London.
