A video is trending on social media in which Pakistan Air force war exercise of flying March, fighter pilots of Pakistan Air force with their expertise used the motorway as the runway and successfully landed fighter planes on the motorway.
Two experience pilots landed Mirage 5 and F7 jets successfully on the motorway. After this exercise Pakistan Air force has been added to the list of those few Air forces of the world who can use the motorway as taking off and landing strips for fighter jets.
Director Media Pakistan Air Force Tariq Qamar while talking to media said, the road runway operations is practiced by only few air forces of the world and now Pakistan also have this capability.
