At the end of the ceremony of Independence Day Celebrations people instead of meeting Prime Minister and the President met General Raheel Shairf.
As the flag hoisting ceremony ended at Islamabad’s Convention Centre Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain didn’t left for some time as it was time for the group photo. After the photo they left the convention centre.
But as General Raheel Sharif approached near the stage, the people there came forward and start shaking hands and taking pictures with him.
