Tahir Khan a police constable in Peshawar police completes his PHD in Bio Technology and sets an example for the youth of the country.
Tahir Khan tells that for the past 10 years there was poverty at his house. He was unable to buy new clothes, new shoes. His wish was to do PHD and his father believed in him that he can do it.
Tahir Khan says that people who think that there are only illetrate people in police can now see that there are educated people who have done PHD, Masters etc in Peshawar Police.
