Rauf Klasra criticized National Authorities on their failure to stop the Quetta massacre where 61 cadets were killed and 117 were injured.
He said in 2001 during General Musharraf’s Regime a meeting was called where better coordination between agencies was discussed. They also asked to restructure the agencies so that they may operate better.
But After 15 years the Authorities are again making the same requests without taking any concrete steps. Rauf Klasra said we know India is involved but it was our government’s failure and they don’t want to accept it.
