Waseem Badami asked Shaikh Rasheed why Imran Khan cancelled the protest in Islamabad. He said there were many reasons for the cancellation.
The major reason was Pervez Khattak failed to reach Islamabad along with supporters of PTI from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Another reason was the extreme blockade of all motorways and crackdown on PTI supporters in Punjab because of which people were unable to reach Islamabad.
He also said that Imran Khan should have been in the streets rather than in Bani Gala. People said he will be arrested, but if they arrested him then whole Islamabad would have been on streets, Shaikh Rasheed said.
