Sleeping on Your stomach is not good for your health, that’s what every grandmother told you. But now even doctors are recommending people to avoid sleeping on your stomach because of its adverse health effects.
Dr. Jan Lefkowitz said “it’s the worst thing.” It puts strain on your neck and may cause misalignment problems.
Dr. Jonathan FtizGordon also said it’s a bad habit to sleep on your stomach as it flattens the natural curve of your spine and distorts the alignment of your neck.
They also explained that it puts extra pressure on your nerves which may cause further health problems.
