Almost 44-53% of students from Islamabad’s Private institutes are using drugs. This is revealed in a report for Senate committee, the report also revealed that students are getting these drugs from their colleagues, canteens and in some cases from their teachers.
Committee asked for detailed report within 15 days from all IG’s, Chief Secretaries and Home secretary.
Rehman Malik said that today we have declared a war against Drugs, and it is more serious than the war against Terrorism.
He also said that all schools, colleges & universities should be asked to work so that they may be given a drug free certificate.
