Kohat is a city located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is the capital of the Kohat district. The city is home to many different villages with diverse cultures. Kohat consisted of three tribes mainly Afridi, Khattak and Bangash and later on, more tribes started settling here, expanding the population. Kohat city is named after a Buddhist king who, along with King Adh, settled beside the northern border of the district. Its history dates back to Emperor Babar’s era. Tanda Wildlife Park

Tanda Wildlife Park is the largest park in the province with a total area of 2800 acres. It consists of Tanda reservoir as well. Kohat fort
