Syed Zulfiqar Hussain, an anti drug and narcotics consultant revealed that an increasing number of youth are being addicted to drugs. He said that youth, male and female, working in late night call centers are using drugs like cocaine, heroin in Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab.
He said most used substances among youth are alcohol and charas, which are widely available all around the city.
He said male workers get involved into drugs through their friends and later they involve the female workers into it to save their cost. The use it to remain active for longer hours, but the side effects of these drugs are life threatening.
