Punjab Food Authority (PFA) once again came into action to protect the citizens of Lahore from eating hazardous food. The PFA sealed a local Broast centre for their quality of chicken.
It is being reported that the Yasir Broast in Tollinton Market was sealed by PFA because they were using pieces from sick chickens. PFA also took the 80 tones chicken which was packed for delivery to other stores.
In past such incidents were also reported, some time ago Lahore Broast supplied fried lizard with Broast and later Punjab Food Authority sealed the restaurant.
