During an interview Indian Journalist asked Ex-President General Pervez Musharraf who will be responsible if any war goes on. General Musharraf said India will be responsible because it is passing escalating comments and threats to Pakistan.
During General Musharraf’s regime the relations between Pakistan and India worsened for a brief period but after that both countries had better relations.
On request of India & USA he banned Kashmiri fighters from using Pakistani soil against India. It was during his government that the Line of Control (LOC) was completely sealed by India to stop Kashmiri’s from moving freely into and from Pakistan.
