This Girl Can Eat 51 Bananas, 3.5 KG Pototoes

bananaThis Girl claims that she eats only raw fruits until 4pm and only one cooked meal afterwards, such as potatoes or slightly cooked salad.

She eats as many as 51 bananas and claims that this is why I’m so smart, my face is so clear without any acne and I’m fit. She eats 3.5 kg potatoes as one meal or 2 litre juice as her morning drink.

She advocates her diet plan through her YouTube channel which have 166,000 subscribers and through her blog and Facebook page.

Many nutritionists are criticizing her saying cutting entire food meals, or eating excessive bananas are dangerous for wealth. They also said that she is eating more calories than required which will result in increasing weight.
