In Philippines capital Manila there is a graveyard where corpses are buried on rent. Because of the economic conditions many people are unable to afford permanent graves so they bury their loved ones in rented graves.
When they stop paying the rent the graveyard caretaker take outs the remains and buries them in a Mass grave. The caretaker of the graveyard lives within the graveyard premises with their families.
Though the rent may be as low as $20 but still people fail to pay the rent and the remains are removed so that the grave may be rented to another corpse.
