Nashwan Uppal, a 12 year old disabled Muslim student was forced to sign a false confession about being a terrorist by school officials in New York.
Nashwan Uppal was harassed and taunted in his school over Islamic extremism. He was pressured by the school principal Jason Stanton of confessing that he makes bombs in his house.
Nashwan’s family has filed a $25 Million lawsuit against the school alleging that school authorities forced Nashwan to confess that he was a member of the terrorist group ‘Daesh’ and was going to blow up the school’s outside fence.
