Saadi Town Residents Unite Against Pakland Builders’ Unjustified Price Increase

The residents of Saadi Town have unanimously passed a resolution condemning the illegal and oppressive actions of Pak Land, the management company responsible for the town’s maintenance and services.

Reason for the Resolution:

Pak Land has recently announced an excessive increase in monthly maintenance charges and water supply charges, which has caused a significant financial burden on the residents. The increase is as follows:

– 120 Sq.Yards: Increased by 10860/- (110.40%)

– 240 Sq.Yards: Increased by 17220/- (66.86%)

– 400 Sq.Yards: Increased by 25200/- (64.28%)

This increase is unjustified and targets specific house owners, particularly those with 120 sq. yards houses, with an excessive 110.46% increase, much higher than surrounding areas.

Demands of the Residents:

The residents of Saadi Town demand that:

1. The increase in maintenance charges and water supply charges be withdrawn immediately.

2. All town matters, including security, cleanliness, timely water supply, and others, be improved.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

If Pak Land fails to comply with the demands, the residents will be forced to take severe action, including:

– Stopping all payments to Pak Land

– Taking matters into their own hands to resolve town issues

The residents hold Pak Land’s administration responsible for any consequences that may arise from their failure to comply with the demands.
