In different incidents of firing in Karachi at least 5 people were killed and two were injured within the duration of few hours.
Near Shafiq Mor Target Killers attacked people in which 3 were injured and were rushed to Abbasi Hospital, but were unable to survive.
Ahle Sunnat Wa Jamaat claimed that the deceased were their party members and protested at their killing and demanded prosecution of the killers.
In another incident two people were shot dead near Patel Para. Target killers also injured two people near Hyderi Market.
Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah took notice of the firings and telephoned additional IG Karachi and IG CTD.
