Things You Should Eat Daily In Winter

bowlIf you want to protect yourself from getting flu then you should change your eating routine.

Chicken Soup at least twice a day should be added in your list with one cup of tea at morning and another at evening.

You should also increase the intake of onion, ginger and garlic. Add them in your salad, in your soup and whatever you eat.

Honey is the best cure for cold and flu, but it is also good to protect you from them. So try to use them at breakfast or just mix 2 spoon of honey in water and drink it.
