manMany people do not try to lose weight thinking that it will be a difficult task but there are some very easy exercises through which you can lose weight easily.

EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute): In this you’ll do 15 sit ups and will wait for the same amount of time that you consumed for doing these 15 sit ups. After taking rest you will start again, and then again wait after 15 sit ups, continue the cycle until you are tired. You should minimize the time after each 15 sit ups.

Jumping: Use skipping rope and workout for 15 minutes twice a day, it will burn the fat faster than any other thing.

Cycling: Each morning try to ride a bicycle for at least 30 minutes, and each night after dinner do jogging for at least 30 minutes.
