Donald Trump won the Presidential Election and become the 45th president of United States with a decisive victory while Hillary Clinton accepted her defeat.
Trump won 276 Electoral votes while Hillary won only 218, they needed 270 to win the elections.
After winning the elections Trump said that we need to be united to ‘Make America Great Again’, which was his promise to voters.
He said “I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all Americans”. Such statement from Donald Trump was unexpected as during election campaign he spoke against refugees and Muslims residing in United States.
