Food You Should Never Eat Together

fruits and vegetablesHumans love to eat delicious food but beware eating some food items together may cause health problems in long terms. Here is a list of some food items that should never be eaten together:

1) Beans and cheese should never be eaten together because they may cause to severe gas and bloating making your uncomfortable and embarrassing for many hours.

2) Banana Shake is commonly consumed in homes but as per Indian Ayurvedic tips they are heavy and should not be eaten together.

3) Fruit should not be eaten with food because food remains longer in stomach while food require shorter time, eating together means not gaining the benefits of fruits.
