World Metrological Organization (WMO) released a report in which it was revealed that the overall temperature of the planet was increased by 1°C.
It also revealed that that last five years (2010-2015) were the warmest years on record in human history. Because of these changes in global climate there are many human and financial losses.
The East African drought of 2010-2012 killed an estimated 258,000 people, the Southeast Asian flood resulted in financial loss of $40 billion and killed 800 people, also Hurricane Sandy in 2012 resulted in loss of $67 billion.
