A few years back, a person who enlists himself for the police force needed to have just one requirement and that was to handle an arm. But now that’s not the criteria. Now, a person must go through our police school and be properly trained because nowadays the police is fighting with terror on front.
To raise our professional capability, in these three years we have started seven specialized police training schools.
We have also started a Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in the end of 2013. This department exclusively deals only with Counter Terrorism.
