Indian Reactions on Kulbushan Yadav Death Execution

New Delhi: Indian Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj, Threats Pakistan, New Delhi will use all possible ways to save Kulbushan Yadav form death penalty.

She warned Pakistan that their neighbored and bilateral relation will be affected badly against the declaring death sentence of alleged Indian spy Kulbushan Yadav.

On Monday, the Field General Court Martial (FGCM) declared the death sentence of Kulbushan Yadav, alleged Indian spy, under the Pakistan Army Act (PAA).

New Delhi reacted on the court decision and claimed all blames were baseless allegations against Yadav and there was no valid evidence against him that he was involved wrongdoing in Pakistan.
She added that India will go all possible ways to defend its citizen; even she called him the “Son of India”.

Kulbushan Yadav was arrested previous year, 2016, in Mashkil Balochistan during an intelligent operation. Later, Islamabad claimed that Yadav was involved the spoiling situation in Balochistan and Karachi. In addition, Pakistan claims to have solid evidences.

According to ISPR Statement, Yadav itself confessed before the magistrate that he was tasked by the RAW to destabilize and support anti-state activities in, especially, Balochistan and Karachi.

While, India declined that Yadav was a businessman and was running his business in Iran but he was Kidnapped and brought to Pakistan as purpose of conspiracy against India.
