When PTI workers and supporters tried to reach Bani Gali they were attacked by Police. Islamabad Police fired tear gas, launched baton charged and kicked and arrested the workers.
Among these PTI supporters was Waleed Iqbal, the grandson of Great Poet of Subcontinent Allama Iqbal.
He asked why peaceful supporters were attacked with tear gas and batons. He said asked question on the integrity of the government which arrest people just because they are political opponents.
