Taxes in Capitalism imposed in Pakistan exploits the common men who are hardly making the relation of the soul and flesh together whilst the wealth of Capitalists are concentrated in the hands of few since they receive tax cuts. So the basic theme of the song is to apply taxes on rich not on the poor fellows.
