Karachi: K-Electric has released a press statement in which the company announced that it has signed an accord with Attock Cement Limited for providing additional 16 MW electricity to the cement manufacturer. A useful and economical methodology was constructed via a one-window operation for serving the additional 16MW to Attock Cement Scheme.
The signing ceremony was attended by K-Electric’s Chief Operating Officer Distribution, Asif Saad, Chief of HSEQ & Special Projects Aamir Zafar along with other key members, whereas Irfan Amanullah, Company Secretary for Attock Cement along with his team members was also present on the occasion.
Speaking at the ceremony, Asif Saad, Chief Operating Officer Distribution KE, “This initiative would not only serve the purpose of provision of additional MWs, this would pave the way in years to come. This one-window operation has made it easy for power acquisition through K-Electric’s policy of Fast Track Processing of MW acquisition“.
