If you want to live a longer and healthier life then you have to change your life style. The major thing which should be changed is your diet.

Those who want to life longer have to eat only healthy fruits & vegetables. Fast food, smoking, beverages and other harmful things should be untouchable.

Another major change should be 30 minutes exercise twice a day. It can be walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or playing football.
