Lahore: OLX Pakistan and OPPO announced a partnership agreement that would bring the complete range of OPPO smartphones and iOT products to the OLX Mall, the e-commerce platform.
As part of the collaboration, customers would be able to purchase genuine OPPO products along with exclusive gifts, only when they purchase from OLX Mall.
A signing ceremony was held at OLX Pakistan’s head office in Lahore. In attendance were, Adil Anver (Associate Director Commercial & Growth), Usman Zikria (Category Manager for Electronic), Badar Usman (Campaign Manager), Ayesha Akram (PR Manager) from OLX Pakistan and Jacky (South Asia e-commerce Head), Ubaid Ur Rahman (iOT & e-commerce Manager), Ali Farid (Brand Manager), Fizza Waqar (e-commerce Operation Manager) from OPPO.
Led by OLX, the alliance’s focus is to provide an incredible customer experience by offering exclusive deals and offerings. Usman Zikria – Category Manager for Electronics, explained:
“Our goal is to give (customers) an extraordinary experience that is exclusive to OLX Mall. In our partnership with OPPO, we’re excited that jointly we will be able to formulate this.”
Although OPPO is one of the biggest phone brands in Pakistan, it rarely collaborates. This partnership is therefore a strategic move – with them gaining a foothold in the e-commerce industry and having access to over a million OLX users.
