Supreme Court accepts the petition against Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen for hearing on Monday. The petition was filed by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz member Hanif Abbasi.
Hanif Abbasi claimed that Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen failed to declare their foreign off-shores company which misrepresented their assets so they should be disqualified on these bases.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer and Justice Amir Hani will hear the case on Monday. While on the same day the case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also continue.
It is being said that this petition was filed to pressurize Imran Khan and PTI.
