During the proceeding of case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif the Chief Justice become angry on Government for using tactics that are delaying the proceedings.
In his reply Prime Minister said that no children is under his guardianship, Maryam Nawaz is married while sons have their own business settled outside Pakistan.
While Hussain Nawaz submitted reply that these properties are owned by us after 2005, not before. We are doing business legally outside Pakistan from past 22 years he claimed.
Justice Khosa said that through which means the amount was transferred from Pakistan, you have to prove that the transaction was carried out legally he said.
