London: The National Osteoporosis Society’s researchers found that in recent time it is a going to be a trend; kids are taking insufficient milk and other foods which are containing calcium, therefore, when they grow their bones become fragile and fractured.
The research shows that each four kids out of tens are victims of this bone fragility problem at the age between 18 and 20; the reason is turning away from taking enough milk and calcium contained foods.
The experts advised the parents to encourage and motivate their kids to take calcium contained foods.
