This is not something exclusive for rice but rather whenever you eat something you should know how much calories you need. If you take more calories than your body need then you have to burn the calories or otherwise it will accumulate and will increase your weight.

Scientists also found that rice crop absorbs more contaminated poison from land than any other plant or crop that’s why they are asking to avoid eating too much rice.
