Working longer Hours At Office Is A Serious Health Problem

man Working long hours in office and not getting proper sleep will create problems for you at older age, revealed a study from Finland.

Middle aged man who worked 50 hours a week and slept 47 hours, had more health issues than those who were older but work lesser hours and got proper sleep.

Dr.  von Bonsdorff said that this research again indicates that how sleep in itself is a cure for many health related problems. She said people think by decreasing sleeping hours they are utilizing their life while in reality they are destroying it.
